The problem
Nadia runs an 8-room riad in the Fes medina. 85% of her bookings came through Booking.com — at 15-20% commission. That's 300,000 MAD per year sent to Amsterdam. Two employees' salaries. On top of that, double bookings between Booking and Airbnb regularly hurt her rating. And check-in was still done with a notebook at reception.

The results
“Booking was taking 300,000 MAD per year from me. That's two employees' salaries. Now almost half my bookings are direct.”
